Birmingham Railway Museum Trust and Shakespeare Express

The Birmingham Railway Museum Trust provides an interesting insight into the glorious days of steam travel in England. Committed to the restoration of steam trains and memorabilia, the Trust operates a regular seasonal steam train service between Stratford and Birmingham, the Shakespeare Express.

Me marketing produced a marketing strategy and detailed plan of action to increase the profile of the Shakespeare Express service.  The approach enabled volunteers to undertake the majority of work themselves and included comprehensive 'how to' guides and information.
