Network Rail and Grand Central Birmingham

me marketing were commissioned to create the marketing strategy and launch plan for Grand Central Birmingham, a 450,000 sq ft shopping centre situated in the heart of the city, directly above New Street station.


Grand Central Birmingham opened in September 2015, bringing a 250,000 sq ft John Lewis, plus over 40 new premium and high quality fashion stores and more than 15 new concept cafes and restaurants to the city.


The redevelopment of Birmingham New Street station, transforming it into a world class arrival point, and the regeneration of the Pallasades Shopping Centre to create Grand Central Birmingham was backed by Birmingham City Council, Network Rail, Department for Transport, Centro and Advantage West Midlands.
