Brockton Capital and Milligan

Brockton Capital and Milligan acquired The Mailbox, Birmingham in May 2011 and began working towards a three year rejuvenation programme to turn around the fortunes of this ailing asset and realise it's full potential as the premium retail, leisure and office destination in Birmingham city centre.

As part of this process, Me Marketing were appointed to provide an on-site strategic marketing service, working closely with the Head of Marketing at Milligan to generate and implement a quantifiable and exciting marketing strategy which would get people to reconsider the Mailbox and set the stage for the future relaunch.

Me marketing delivered a robust programme of on and off site events, partnerships and marketing activity which over the course of twelve months generated significant and highly measurable results.

Me Marketing were asked to return to Mailbox in 2014/15 to create and deliver a re-launch strategy to capitalise upon the opening of Grand Central.

In 2019/20, Me Marketing once again joined the in-house team to create and deliver a strategy which clearly communicated the new and diverse offer and ready Mailbox for sale.
